Group Therapy
I believe in the healing power of sharing our stories with other people who are committed to listening with empathy - and I believe in the connectivity we feel with others when we bear witness to their stories.
It’s been my experience that support groups can provide a safe and understanding space for people to share their experiences and receive empathy and encouragement from others. Supportive process groups can be so powerful. I am gathering interest in a group that will be open to all adult women. We’ll have plenty of time for sharing and at the end of each group, I will spend about 15 minutes guiding you through stress/anxiety relieving exercises to help regulate your nervous system.
